The best way to reach Koh Jum is by one of the twice/daily ferryboats between Krabi to Lanta Island and the twice/daily ferryboats between Phi Phi Island and Koh Jum , both which makes two stops stops in front of the resorts at  Koh Jum and Koh Pu. Longtail boats from the resorts come out to greet The SuperConcorde and take you to your resort. The other way is by bus or taxi from Krabi to Laem Kruat and then by taxi-boat over to Baan Koh Jum or Baan Koh Pu. That's the long and wrong way during high season, but it's the only way to get here during the rainy season as the ferryboats stop running when farangs stop coming in the late Spring

NEW FERRYBOAT SERVICE TO LANGKAWI THRU KOH LANTA

A new ferryboat service between Phuket/Phi Phi Island/Koh Lanta/Koh Lipe/Langkawi has started running. I don't see where they stop at Koh Jum at the present time. You can also access their schedule at their website: TIGERLINE TRAVEL

A word of advice: everything in Thailand changes all the time, without notice and for no apparent reason. Ferryboat schedules get changed suddenly or the boats just stop running because of mechanical breakdowns and when it happens it can leave you stuck somewhere. Never assume anything. Trust, but verify from a travel agent that the boats are up and running. They most likely will, but caution now will save you headaches later..
